Obituary of Matteo Alfredo Blomme

Passed away peacefully with his parents at his side at London Health Science Centre - Victoria Campus, on Friday August 30, 2024, Matteo Alfredo Blomme, of Chatham, at the age of 5 years.

Beloved son of Bianca Alves and Chad Blomme.  Dear brother of Hazel Alves, Caydohj Blomme and Ambreia Blomme.

Cherished grandson of Pina and Victor Alves and the late Linda Blomme and Nathan VanDusen. Loving nephew of Daniella, Jessica, Lucas, Stefan Jennifer, Colan and Autumn. Also sadly missed by great grandparents Livia and Alfredo Novelli and all extended family and cousins.

Predeceased by a cousin Nav Blomme. 

The family would also like to thank Dr Chantel Cacciotti, nurse case Manager Tara Lobsinger, social worker Emily Willems, childlife Deborah and all the nurses on b6-100 and PMDU for being his superhero through this journey.

Friends and relatives may visit at Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Wednesday September 4, 2024 from 2 - 4 and 6 – 8 pm.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday September 5, 2024 at 11:00 AM in St. Joseph's Church.
