At Copper Terrace Long Term Care Home, on Friday, January 9, 2015, Mary Alice Dawson, age 75, of Chatham.
Born in Wallaceburg, daughter of the late Charles and Mina Gatzke.
She is survived by her children, John (Denise) Dawson, Mark (Mary Lou) Dawson and Mary Williston all of Chatham, Pam Leadley, William Leadley and Shirley MacElmon all of St. Catharines. Also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren, her sisters, Henrietta Peters, Rose (Richard) Emery, Barbara Walker (Andy Wilson) and Wilhelmina Gatzke, her brothers Charles (Sandra) Gatzke and James (Carol) Gatzke.
Predeceased by her twin boys David and Thomas, her daughter Valerie, her son Charles Dawson, her granddaughter Jazmin and a brother William Gatzke, and 2 sisters Coletta Gatzke and Bertha Gatzke.
Friends and relatives may visit at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) from 11AM – 1 PM on Tuesday, January 13, 2015. A Funeral Service will follow in the funeral home at 1 PM with Rev. Susan Jolley officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
