Peacefully at McGarrell Place Nursing Home, London, on Wednesday December 14, 2016, Joanna Matysik, age 90, beloved wife of the late Frank Matysik (2009).
Born in Kozowa, Poland in 1926, daughter of the late Anna (Landwotowicz) and Antoni Paterak.
Dear sister of Weronika Golas, Karolina Mysko, Czeslawa Pawlik and Benedykt Paterak. Also sadly missed by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a sister Katarzyna Garbacka.
Friends and relatives may visit at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Friday December 16, 2016 from 7-9 pm, where Vigil Prayers will be offered at 8 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday December 17, 2016 at 10 am in Our Lady of Victory Church.
Burial will be in St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
Donations to the Arthritis Society would be appreciated.
