Peacefully, at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, on Monday, November 21, 2016, William “Bill” Amos Pels, age 83, of Blenheim, Ontario, beloved husband of the late Mildred “Mid” Pels (2006).
Born in Chatham, son of the late Emeline and Amos Pels. He will be sadly missed by 3 sons, David and Mark (Barb Cope) of Chatham and Charles of Blenheim, 2 daughters Margaret Tong and Dawn Pels of Chatham, 7 grandchildren and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and many friends.
Friends and relatives may visit at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) from 9 – 11 am on Thursday, November 24, 2016.
A funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 11 am with Fr. Bill Capitano officiating.
Cremation will follow.
Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
