Peacefully at her residence in Chatham, on Monday August 17, 2020, Linda Louise Monk, age 72, of Chatham, beloved wife of Randy Monk.  Born in Toronto in 1948, daughter of the late Margaret (White) and Thomas Smith.

Linda was a Business Manager for a Ford Dealership.

Loving mother of Lori (Brett) Maracle, Stacey Rodway, Dan (Belinda) Gray and Chris Whilhelm. Sadly missed by 8 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. Dear sister of Laura (Peter) Semmens and Brian (Helen) Smith.

Also sadly missed by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Thomas Smith.   

As were Linda’s wishes, there will be no funeral home visitation or service. Cremation has taken place and her family will remember her privately.

The Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) is in charge of arrangements.

Donations to the Cancer Society or the Chatham-Kent Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
