Thinking of the Curtain family and long ago memories on Forest St. As an only child living next door to the busy Curtain household, I was often in awe. A hockey game going on in the backyard, fresh baking coming out of the oven and lots of coming and going, in all directions. But somehow with Theresa at the helm, there was order. Thinking of all of you and the wonderful memories that you will have of your Mom to help carry you through. What a wonderful woman she was!
Warmest regards and deepest sympathy,
Jane Everitt-Walker

To the Curtin Family
Our thoughts and prayers are with you now and in the days to come.
Theresa was a remarkable woman of faith that we have been blessed to know for many years. We fondly recall organizing the parish golf tournaments with her. It was always such great fun. Her positive attitude gave everyone the sense you could accomplish anything; and we know that Theresa did that in the countless charitable efforts she took on; especially the Botswana Mission. But above all her accomplishments, her legacy is the beloved family she raised. Proverbs 31: 10-31 is a true reflection of Theresa's life. Rest in peace dear friend.

Grandma Curtin welcomed me into her family and home from the second my wife introduced me to her. She always made sure I had a present to open and something to eat. She loved her family with her whole heart. Being part of her rambunctious family gatherings was always a high point of any holiday. Witnessing how close she was with her granddaughter, to all her family, was inspirational. I would be lucky to live a life half as full as the life she led.

To all the Curtin clan, Ann and I want to send our sincere condolences for the passing of your mom. Theresa was one in a million and a second mom to me. She will be greatly missed but so fondly remembered. Growing up I was a very picky eater but when you ate at the Curtin's you ate what was in front of you. I used to go home after dinner and tell mom we should have such and such for dinner. I told her I just had it at Mike's house and it was great. My mom use to just roll her eyes and shake her head :).
RIP Theresa, love you.
Mike and Ann Bedard.
