I worked with Frank at Libby's. We would visit each other and go for coffee. I always enjoyed sitting and talking with him.
My sincere condolences to the Mitivier family.

I am so sorry to hear about Frank’s passing. I would always run into him at the thrift store and he never missed the chance to say a positive word about his daughters and grandkids. He was so proud of all of you. Sending prayers and sincere condolences to all of the family.

My deepest condolence to the family of Frank. We were teenage buddies, going back over 58 years ago. Even memories of the earlier days of the Shuffle Shop. Remembering the old days when Frank was employed by Libby's & the good memories that never past. Frank will be missed by his friends but as the last time we talked, most are already waiting for him. Rest in Peace Frank till we meet again, as the memories never die.

Dear Family we are shocked to hear of Frank's passing we knew him well always had time to stop and talk with us. We just saw him about 10 days ago. I tried to keep him informed of what was going on at our parishes. May he rest in peace and may the perpetual light shine upon him
