Obituary of Marie Laura Demars

At the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Chatham Campus, on Monday August 16, 2021, Marie Laura Demars, age 97, of Chatham, beloved wife of the late Eusebe Demars (1985). 

Born in Tilbury East in 1924, daughter of the late Lena (Dupuis) Peltier  and Joseph Peltier.  She is survived by her son Edward Demars and grandchildren Edward Jr., Laura and Gerald and 4 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Leo Peltier.  

Predeceased by her daughter-in-law Helen Demars, sisters; Florence Trahan, Rita Archibald and a brother Gerald Peltier.  

Friends and relatives may visit at Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Saturday August 21, 2021 from 10 -11 am, where a funeral service will be held from the chapel of the funeral home at 11 am with Deacon Steve Cartier officiating.  

Burial will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery.
